Abstract

Zusammenfassung Viele stufen E-Mail-Marketing als „out“ ein. Ich sehe das nicht so. Vor allem in Kombination mit anderen Kanälen ist es eine starke Möglichkeit in Kontakt zu bleiben. Das was kaum einer leiden kann und daher auch verpönt ist, sind Newsletter ohne Mehrwert. Das schaut man sich zwei, drei Mal an und ist dann genervt. Wenn man jedoch zielgerichtet E-Mails versendet, kann das durchaus erfolgversprechend sein. E-Mail-Marketing bietet eine Reihe von Vorteilen.
