Abstract

Zusammenfassung Neben den sich bietenden Chancen der Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt werden zunehmend auch Risiken und negative Folgen für Arbeitnehmer thematisiert. Wesentlich in diesem Zusammenhang sind durch den Einsatz digitaler Technologien induzierte Überlastungs- und Stressreaktionen bei Arbeitnehmern, die mit dem Begriff „Technostress“ umschrieben werden. Um das Konzept Technostress besser zu verstehen, wird im Folgenden ein Modell vorgestellt, das die aktuelle Forschung zu diesem Thema zusammenfasst. Zudem werden die Ergebnisse einer Online-Befragung über Risiken der Digitalisierung für Arbeitnehmer berichtet und vor dem Hintergrund des Konzepts Technostress gespiegelt. Schließlich werden auf Basis der Erkenntnisse konkrete Ansatzpunkte und Handlungsempfehlungen für eine gesundheitsförderliche Gestaltung digitaler Arbeitswelten gegeben.
