Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Immobilien-Controlling nutzt eine Reihe von Instrumenten zur Entscheidungsunterstützung entlang der Wertschöpfungskette für Immobilienprojekte: Wertschöpfung entsteht in mehreren Phasen eines Immobilienprojekts, beginnend mit Bedarfsklärung, Idee und Konzeption über die Auswahl geeigneter Grundstücke bzw. Bestandsobjekte bis hin zu Errichtung bzw. Anpassung eines Objekts. Auch nach Fertigstellung des Projekts bieten sich im Rahmen von laufenden Adaptierungen bzw. des Nutzermanagements Möglichkeiten zur Wertschöpfung. Die Hauptaufgabe des Controllings ist es dabei, die fachliche und führungstechnische Kompetenz zu stärken sowie die unterschiedlichen Rollen und Funktionen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette zu koordinieren und so zu einem ganzheitlichen Konzept zusammenzuführen.
