Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wissen beeinflusst das Überleben und den Erfolg der meisten Organisationen maßgeblich. Daher sollten die Entwicklung und der Einsatz von Wissen genauso sorgfältig gesteuert werden, wie das für andere Erfolgsfaktoren selbstverständlich ist. Genauso wie für andere Aufgaben des Controllings braucht es dazu spezielle Werkzeuge. Prozess und Ergebnis der Wissensbilanzierung unterstützen Planung, Abweichungs- und Wirkungsanalyse, Führungskräfteberatung, Rationalitätssicherung mit dem Fokus auf Wissen bzw. Intellektuelles Kapital mit dem Organisationen arbeiten. Die Instrumentenbox Wissensbilanz bietet Controllerinnen und Controllern einen Rahmen, um ihr Arbeitsfeld auf strukturierte Weise in Richtung Wirkungs-Controlling auszuweiten. Wer diesen Weg geht, gewinnt an Einfluss und Ansehen, weil er oder sie hilft, in Organisationen den wichtigen Produktionsfaktor Wissen wirksam zu machen.
