Abstract

Zusammenfassung Schon die Vertreter der organischen Richtung der Betriebswirtschaft haben das Unternehmen mit dem lebenden Organismus verglichen. Auch Unternehmen können erkranken und wieder gesunden; solche Vergleiche sind durchaus passend und anschaulich. Ist eine Krise eingetreten, braucht es zunächst einen konzertierten Kraftakt, um Sanierungsfähigkeit und -würdigkeit sicherzustellen. Effektives Sanieren einer Organisation bedeutet, ihr Immunsystem zu stärken, auf Widerstandsfähigkeit zu achten und nachhaltige Prävention zu betreiben. Es geht dabei um finanzwirtschaftliche Sanierung und um strategische Fundamental-Kritik.
