Abstract

Zusammenfassung Risiko-Controlling ist ein auf das Risiko bezogenes Controlling mit dem Ziel, die Risikoposition des Unternehmens systematisch zu überwachen und zu steuern. In systematischen Prozessen werden unternehmensweit Risiken identifiziert, bewertet, gesteuert und berichtet. Das in diesen Prozessen eingesetzte Instrumentarium variiert dabei je nach Reifegrad des Risikomanagementsystems. Ein wertvoller Beitrag zur Unternehmenssteuerung entsteht insbesondere dann, wenn Risikomanagement und -controlling systematisch mit den bestehenden Steuerungsinstrumenten, das heißt mit Strategie und Controlling, verzahnt werden.
