Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Qualitäts-Controlling und -management ist ein Aufgabenfeld, das von der Qualitätsplanung über die Qualitätssicherung und bis hin zum Umgang mit Fehlern ein breites Repertoire an Methoden und Instrumenten kennt. Als Handlungsmaxime gilt: Qualitätsmanagement agiert in erster Linie proaktiv, um die Notwendigkeit für reaktives Handeln zu reduzieren.
