Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für Wachstumsunternehmen jenseits der Series B ist der Zugang zu weiteren Kapitalquellen essenziell. Dabei spielen nicht nur Eigenkapitalfinanzierungen eine wichtige Rolle, sondern auch Fremdkapital wird für Wachstumsunternehmen in Europa immer mehr zugänglich und kann eine sehr attraktive Alternative darstellen. Das Anbieterspektrum reicht dabei von unabhängigen Debt Fonds, über Venture Debt Arme von privaten Geschäftsbanken bis hin zur European Investment Bank. Letztgenannte hat über große Finanzierungsvolumina zu attraktiven Konditionen viel Momentum bei Wachstumsunternehmen gewonnen. Wichtig ist aber zu realisieren, dass keine Bank etwas zu verschenken hat und dass man genau analysieren sollte, welches Angebot am besten in die eigene Unternehmens- und Finanzierungsstrategie passt.
