Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Entscheidung für die passende Finanzierungsstruktur und die Wahl der Finanzierungspartner ist eine der größten Herausforderungen und gleichzeitig entscheidender Erfolgsfaktor für Start-up Unternehmen. Stark skalierbare Geschäftsideen erfordern einen intelligenten Mix aus Eigenkapital- und Fremdfinanzierung. Der Zugang zu klassischen Bankdarlehen ist jungen Unternehmen ohne langjährige Historie zunächst verwehrt. Der Beitrag erläutert, für welche Unternehmen sich Warehouse Finanzierungen bzw. Asset Base Lending Strukturen eignen und wie die Strukturierung und Umsetzung gelingt.
