Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie können Start-ups ihre Anlageinvestitionen finanzieren? Gibt es genug Kapital wenn Anlagen zum Skalieren angeschafft werden müssen und wer stellt es zur Verfügung? Mit Eigenkapital geht natürlich alles, aber für ein klassisches Fremdkapitalprodukt der Banken sind Start-ups aufgrund ihres Alters und der regulatorischen Vorgaben meist ungeeignet. Doch es gibt zahlreiche andere Möglichkeiten Anlagevermögen auch mit einem geringen Eigenkapitaleinsatz zu finanzieren. In diesem Kapitel zeige ich, welchen Lösungsansatz wir bei everphone durch die geschickte Kombination der beiden klassischen Finanzinstrumenten Factoring und Ratenkauf entwickelt haben.
