Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die zunehmende Globalisierung, Megatrends und Krisen wie die COVID-19-Krise haben gezeigt, dass die Steuerung der Lieferketten und Kiefernetzwerke eine zentrale Rolle in international und national ausgerichteten Unternehmen eingenommen hat. Ferner schreitet weltweit die Digitalisierung voran und das Bedürfnis nach immer schnelleren und neuen Innovationen zwingen Unternehmen alte Strategien und traditionelle Konzepte zu überdenken und zu verändern. Die Vernetzung von Kunden, Lieferanten und Interessengruppen, der nahezu uneingeschränkte Austausch von Daten und Informationen sowie die damit einhergehende maximale Transparenz über einen Großteil der Wertschöpfungsketten innerhalb von weltumspannenden Lieferketten wirft die Frage nach der zukünftigen Generierung von Wettbewerbsvorteilen von produzierenden, Handels- aber auch Dienstleistungsunternehmen auf.
