Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was auf Arbeitgeberbewertungsplattformen steht, wird für Bewerber, bestehende Mitarbeiter oder andere Botschafter von Arbeitgebermarken immer wichtiger. Nutzer loben und kritisieren ihren Arbeitgeber auf kununu & Co., während Millionen Nutzer dieses Feedback nutzen, um sich für oder gegen Arbeitgeber zu entscheiden. Auch Praktikanten hinterlassen ihre Eindrücke auf Bewertungsportalen. Am Beispiel der DAX30 sehen wir, dass dies besser ausfällt als im allgemeinen Kontext. Doch die Arbeitgeber machen zu wenig aus diesem Feedback – eine fahrlässig vergebene Chance.
