Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die passenden Student:innen für das Unternehmen zu begeistern, ist nicht immer einfach. Daten und Wissen können bei diesem Prozess unterstützen. Ich nutze die Daten der Jobseite Indeed, um der Frage nachzugehen, wie Student:innen nach Praktika und Werkstudentenjobs suchen. Wann suchen Student:innen? Was wird in das „Was“-Feld bei der Jobsuche eingetippt? Welche Relevanz spielt der Ort bei der Suche? Was können wir daraus zur Mobilität von Student:innen ableiten? Und wie sieht es eigentlich mit dem Interesse von internationalen Student:innen aus? Große Unternehmen in einer hippen Stadt stehen vor anderen Herausforderungen als kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen (KMU) in einer ländlichen Region. Aus den Daten und Ergebnissen leite ich passende Empfehlungen für Unternehmen ab, die zum Nachdenken anregen, das bisherige Bauchgefühl bestätigen oder auch komplett neue Anregungen bieten.
