Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auf der Grundlage von Richard M. Ryans und Edward L. Decis Selbstbestimmungstheorie (1993), nach der die Motivation eines Menschen von der Befriedigung dreier psychologischer Grundbedürfnisse – Kompetenzerleben, Autonomie und sozialer Eingebundenheit – abhängt, werden Rückschlüsse für gelungene Praktikumskonzepte gezogen. Unter der Maxime „Creating Careers“ hat AVANTGARDE Experts es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, junge Talente vom ersten Schritt ins Berufsleben über die gesamte Dauer ihrer beruflichen Karriere hinweg zu begleiten. Anhand von Best Practices werden im Folgenden Möglichkeiten skizziert, wie jedes Unternehmen seine Corporate Identity nutzen kann, um die drei psychologischen Grundbedürfnisse seiner Praktikant:innen (Hinweis: Aus Gründen der Lesbarkeit wurde im Folgenden die männliche Form (z. B. der Praktikant) gewählt. Alle personenbezogenen Aussagen gelten jedoch für alle Geschlechter gleichermaßen) zu erfüllen und damit den Weg für eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit zu ebnen.
