Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der WeQ-Test wurde entwickelt, um die Qualität des Zusammenwirkens aller Mitglieder eines Teams sichtbar zu machen. Er gibt Aufschluss über das Ausmaß, in dem die individuellen kognitiven, sozialen und emotionalen Kompetenzen der Mitglieder eines Teams miteinander verknüpft sind und auf konstruktive Weise für kooperative und ko-kreative Leistungen des Teams genutzt werden können. In diesem Kapitel soll herausgestellt werden, wozu das neue Tool des WeQ-Tests dient, welche Inhalte dabei vorkommen, wie man es anwendet und wie die Ergebnisse dabei zu lesen sind. Die Hauptbestandteile werden dabei kurz angeschnitten, um Neugierde bei den Lesern zu wecken, dieses innovative Tool auch in ihren Teams anzuwenden.
