Abstract

Zusammenfassung Immer wieder wurden Sie in den vorangegangenen Kapiteln auf Kapitel „weiter hinten“ verwiesen. Zum einen darf man nicht von Hölzchen auf Stöckchen kommen und muss sich entlang eines imaginären Fadens auf einer Detaillierungsebene entlang bewegen, weil es sonst verwirrend und unübersichtlich wird. Andererseits gibt es Themen, die so wichtig sind, dass man darin doch tiefer graben sollte. Deshalb soll in diesem Kapitel anhand von zehn Themen tiefer gegraben werden, die in der Praxis sowohl bei etablierten Unternehmen als auch bei Start-ups immer wieder auftauchen und man sich mit ihnen auseinandersetzen muss.
