Abstract

Zusammenfassung Human Resources (HR) kann einen großen Beitrag zu einer erfolgreichen Post-Merger-Integration leisten. Jetzt zeigt sich, wie gut die Personalverantwortlichen die Mitarbeiter und ihre Qualifikationen kennen und ob sie es verstehen, flexible Arbeitsbedingungen für die Bewältigung des Integrationsprojektes zu schaffen. HR-Mitarbeiter sind somit wichtige Ansprechpartner der Geschäftsführung. In ihrem eigenen Bereich müssen sie zudem alle Prozesse und Dokumente an die neue Situation anpassen. Gleichzeitig sind sie gefragte Gesprächspartner, wenn Mitarbeiter durch die Übernahme verunsichert sind. Daher gilt es, in der HR-Abteilung sehr genau die eigenen Prioritäten zu setzen, um den aktuellen Ansprüchen gerecht werden zu können.
