Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die US-amerikanische Übernahme eines Unternehmens ruft unmittelbar Bilder in den Köpfen wach. Denn das Thema ist in den Medien präsent und macht immer wieder Schlagzeilen. Wer eindrucksvoll erleben möchte, wie Menschen durch die Kommunikation von Unternehmensübernahmen und ihren Folgen geprägt werden, findet auch in Kinofilmen eine Fülle von Anschauungsmaterial. Was nicht unterschätzt werden sollte: Die übersteigert dargestellten Fiktionen zeigen in der Übernahmerealität Wirkung. Die Atmosphäre in übernommenen Unternehmen ist auf vielfältige Weise von Ängsten geprägt. Sie lassen sich nicht leugnen, doch es gibt Möglichkeiten, damit umzugehen und so handlungs- und entscheidungsfähig zu bleiben.
