Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer wie ich als Zwillingskind aufwächst, weiß, was es heißt, angeglichen und verglichen zu werden. In den Sechziger- jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts neigte man dazu, Zwillingskinder dieselbe Kleidung tragen zu lassen. Auch bei uns war dies so. Als unsere jüngere Schwester kurz nach unserem ersten Geburtstag auf die Welt kam, wurden wir in unserem Dorf zum allseits bekannten Dreimädel-Haus. The only thing of real importance that leaders do is to create and manage culture. If you do not manage culture, it manages you, and you may not be even aware of the extent to which this is happening.
