Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Fachkräftemangel hat auch in der öffentlichen Verwaltung den „War for Talents“ ausgelöst. Um darin zu bestehen, müssen öffentliche Arbeitgeber mehr denn je die Interessen ihrer Bewerber kennen und berücksichtigen. An der Hochschule Kehl haben sich deshalb zwei Studien mit Bewerbern für den öffentlichen Dienst auseinandergesetzt, insbesondere mit den Absolventen der Hochschulen für öffentliche Verwaltung und unter Berücksichtigung der nach 1997 Geborenen, der Generation Z. Hieraus wurden zahlreiche Handlungsempfehlungen für öffentliche Arbeitgeber abgeleitet.
