Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die „Theorie U“ von Claus Otto Scharmer hilft Menschen und Organisationen dabei, das Gestaltungspotenzial zu erschließen und die Zukunftsfähigkeit zu stärken. Gerade in Konflikten oder Veränderungsprozessen stellt sie eine umfassende und unterstützende Hintergrundfolie dar. In diesem Beitrag werden die Wesensmerkmale der „Theorie U“ vorgestellt und anhand eines Fallbeispiels einer Immobilien-Mediation im praktischen Einsatz erläutert.
