Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kooperation in Organisationen ist anspruchsvoll. Weitgehend bestimmen Zeitdruck, sich rasch verändernde Märkte und permanentes Problemlösen den beruflichen Alltag. Wenn die Kooperation schwierig wird, wird bald emotional über Sachen gesprochen. Dann wird es Zeit, sachlich über Emotionen zu reden! Klärungshilfe ist eine originär europäische Form der Mediation, bei der die Eskalationen aufgelöst werden und dadurch häufig die weitere Zusammenarbeit verbessert möglich wird. Auch schon lange anhaltende Spannungen und Belastungen können in einer Klausur geklärt, manchmal auch die Kooperationsfähigkeit wiederhergestellt werden. Dieses ergebnisoffene, transformative Verfahren klärt sowohl die Beziehungsebene als auch strukturelle Konflikte in einem System. Klärungshilfe folgt einem eigenen Ablauf und hat einige besondere Positionen im Umgang mit konfliktbelasteten Systemen entwickelt. Konfliktmanagement wird als Aufgabe der Führung verstanden, sowohl als Fürsorgepflicht gegenüber betroffenen MitarbeiterInnen, als auch als Verantwortung zur Entwicklung der Organisation. Klärungshelferin wird im Text immer in der weiblichen Form verwendet, gemeint sind alle Geschlechter.
