Abstract

Zusammenfassung New Learning in Organisationen zu etablieren erfordert die Gestaltung eines entsprechenden organisationalen Rahmens (Strategie, Strukturen, Prozesse, Systeme, Technologie), der die Wertschöpfungs- und Entwicklungsfähigkeit unserer Organisation bestmöglich unterstützt. Dieser Rahmen muss spezifisch an den jeweiligen Kontext der Organisation angepasst werden. Übergeordnet betrachtet erfordert der aktuelle VUCA-Kontext eine hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit von Organisationen. Organisationen der post- und meta-modernen Entwicklungsstufe werden diese eher erbringen können. Das Kapitel stellt ein mögliches Zielbild des organisationalen Rahmens sowie hilfreiche Werkzeuge vor, um die Transformation in diese Richtung zu beginnen und erläutert darüber hinaus Ansatzpunkte für die Gestaltung der Transformation.
