Abstract

Zusammenfassung Alles was wir machen sollte darauf ausgerichtet sein den Lernenden einen Mehrwert zu bieten, sodass die Entwicklung des Individuums gleichzeitig die Entwicklung der Organisation unterstützt. Viele der hierfür notwendigen Teilbereiche, Dimensionen und Fokusfelder haben wir im Text und mittels der vielen Teilgeberbeiträge zu diesem Buch beleuchtet.
