Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachdem wir nun viele einzelne Teilaspekte und Einflussfaktoren auf das Lernen in Organisationen beleuchtet haben, wollen wir diese zu einem Gesamtbild des Wandels des Lernens in Organisationen zusammenführen und der Frage nachgehen, wie sich das Innere der Learning Ecosystems, die Lernräume (Learning Spaces), verändern.
