Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie gut oder schlecht die wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Politikberatung und somit der Wissenstransfer von den Wirtschaftswissenschaften in die Wirtschaftspolitik hinein funktioniert, ist nicht erst seit der globalen Finanz- und Wirtschaftskrise 2008/2009 und auch nicht nur in Deutschland ein intensiv diskutiertes Thema. Während insbesondere Außenstehende den Einfluss von Ökonom*innen (vgl. etwa Fourcade et al. 2015) und die (angebliche) Ökonomisierung vieler Lebensbereiche (vgl. z. B. die Beiträge in Graf 2019) kritisch sehen, beklagen nicht wenige Ökonom*innen schon lange, dass ihr Rat in Politik und Öffentlichkeit nur sehr begrenzt Gehör finde und kaum eine direkte Wirkung entfalte (vgl. z. B. die Belege in Frey 2000, Heß 2007, Plickert 2013, Schneider/Weimann 2016).
