Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden drei Anwendungsfälle von spieltheoretischem Verhandlungsdesign dargestellt. In der ersten Vergabe geht es um Teile, die von verschiedenen Anbietern bezogen werden, deren Angebotsspektrum nicht vollständig überlappt. Das zweite Beispiel zeigt, wie der chilenischen Regierung beim Einkauf von Schulmahlzeiten die Quadratur des Kreises gelang, indem sie signifikante Einsparungen erzielte, dabei die Qualität der Mahlzeiten steigerte und die durchschnittlichen Margen der Lieferanten erhöhte. Das letzte Beispiel beschreibt den Bau einer Fabrik in Mexiko, die an einen Generalunternehmer vergeben wurde. Aufgrund des hohen Volumens der Vergabe führten die erzielten Einsparungen zu einer 20-prozentigen EBIT-Verbesserung.
