Abstract

Zusammenfassung Verhandlungen folgen im Einkauf typischerweise auf die Phasen der Leistungsspezifikation und Lieferantenauswahl. Spieltheoretisch optimierte Einkaufsverhandlungen verlaufen nach einem vorab definierten Regelwerk. In diesem werden alle möglichen Entscheidungen der an der Vergabe teilnehmenden Lieferanten berücksichtigt. Es handelt sich somit um einen autonomen Prozess, durch den Vergabeentscheidungen eigenständig getroffen werden. Psychologisch geprägte Verhandlungstechniken spielen bei einer spieltheoretisch optimierten Vergabe eine untergeordnete Rolle. Der zentrale Baustein spieltheoretische optimierter Vergaben sind Einkaufsauktionen.
