Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Ziel dieses Bausteins ist die Schließung strategischer Lücken: Dazu können selektiv beackerte strategische Potenzialfelder in Ausschöpfung mit adäquaten FähigkeitenFähigkeit und die Ausschöpfung neuer Chancenpotenziale mit zu ihrer Erschließung aufzubauenden Fähigkeiten beitragen. Sie bilden gemeinsam die Basis für ertrags-, volumen- und mengenbezogene Ziele für die Anpassung der notwendigen Fähigkeiten und sind die Grundlage für die Maßnahmenplanung. Der Abgleich dieser strategischen Optionen mit den strategischen Lücken zeigt dann, ob die Regionalbank letztere schließen kann oder ob eine neue „Knetrunde“ bei der Optionsauswahl und damit die Einbeziehung weiterer Optionen erforderlich ist.
