Abstract

Zusammenfassung In vielen Unternehmen heute die Realität: Relativ junges Team mit jungen Themen und jungen Technologien. Dann kann sich in solch einem Umfeld eine Kluft zwischen Digital Natives (sie sind mit digitalem Wissen erwachsen geworden) und Digital ImmigrantDigital Immigrants (sie haben sich mühselig digitales Wissen antrainiert) entwickeln. Das kann geschehen, wenn ein sehnsüchtig engagierter neuer Mitarbeiter sich als potenzieller Konkurrent des Chefs entwickeln könnte, weil sich die alte Regel „Erfahrene Ältere tragen die Verantwortung und leiten jüngere Mitarbeiter an“ relativiert.
