Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mit Grobmarktsegmenten wie Privat-, Individual- und Firmenkunden lässt sich keine wettbewerbsgerechte Marktbearbeitung des Kundenbeziehungsbankings mehr durchführen. Regionalbanken und Finanzdienstleister brauchen eine Fokussierung auf Kundenbedarfe (bewusst im Plural) und differenziert nach Optionsfeldern. Damit können Unternehmen Kunden- und Markpotenziale hervorragend ausschöpfen, vorhandene Kundenbindungen stärken und neue aufbauen. So gelingt auch Kunden-werben-Kunden und erhöht die Chancen für Neukundengewinnung.
