Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der Fachliteratur wird betont, dass Erwachsene am besten lernen, wenn sie aktiv gestalten und so tätigkeitsbezogene Erfahrungen sammeln. Consulting durch Studierende kann als Form praxisorientierter Hochschullehre eingesetzt werden, damit die Studierenden das in der Theorie Erlernte in die Praxis übertragen. Die beiden vorgestellten Consulting-Projekte wurden jeweils für die Dauer eines Semesters mit dem Naturerlebniszentrum Allgäu (NGO) sowie dem Start-Up Obacht durchgeführt. Zwar werden die inhaltlichen Ergebnisse der Marketing-Projekte dargestellt, der Fokus liegt jedoch auf dem facettenreichen Kompetenzerwerb für die Studierenden sowie den Herausforderungen und Chancen, die ein solches Projekt für Studierende, Lehrende und Praxispartner*innen bereithält. Abschließend werden Empfehlungen für Lehrende zusammengefasst, um Praxisprojekte erfolgreich durchzuführen.
