Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag basiert auf der Betreuung einer Bachelorarbeit an der IUBH Internationale Hochschule. Der Studierende hat sein Studium im Fernstudium absolviert und war parallel zu seinem Studium als Pilot bei einer großen internationalen Fluggesellschaft beschäftigt. Die Arbeit wurde am 13.03.2019 abgegeben und befasst sich mit dem Prozessoptimierungspotenzial bei der Verschiebung von bereits an Schichtdienstmitarbeiter vergebenen Urlaub am Beispiel des fliegenden Personals. Im Fokus dieses Beitrags soll dabei die Vorstellung und Einordnung der didaktischen Herangehensweise bei der Anleitung und Betreuung der Arbeit stehen, die die exzellente Bewertung der Arbeit gefördert hat. Darüber hinaus wird der Betreuungsprozess kritisch reflektiert.
