Abstract

Zusammenfassung In bislang drei Praxisprojekten führten Studierenden-Teams am IUBH-Standort Bad Honnef unter Anleitung von Professor*innen Umfragen zu verschiedenen Management-Aspekten im deutschen Mittelstand durch. Die Teams bestanden jeweils aus 4–5 Studierenden verschiedener Fachrichtungen und Semester, sowohl aus Bachelor- als auch aus Masterstudiengängen. Die Projekte waren keinem konkreten Hochschulkurs zugeordnet – stattdessen handelte es sich um ein freiwilliges zusätzliches Engagement der Studierenden. Im Rahmen des Projekts sammelten die Studierenden Erfahrungen in Projektplanung und -management, im professionellen Umgang mit Auftraggebern und externen Dienstleistern, sowie nicht zuletzt mit der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams. Darüber hinaus konnten grundlegende Studieninhalte, vor allem in den Bereichen Statistik und Business Communications, unmittelbar praxisrelevant eingesetzt und vertieft werden.
