Abstract

Zusammenfassung Simulation ist diejenige Lehrmethode, welche die spätere berufliche Praxis am besten darstellt und so auf sie vorbereiten kann. Im Folgenden werden die theoretischen wie praktischen Grundlagen zur Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Evaluation einer Simulation dargelegt, wozu die Autoren jeweils die eigene Simulation erläutern. Diese kommt im Studium der Sozialen Arbeit zur Anwendung und das Projekt wurde 2019 in das Fellowship-Programm für Innovationen in der Hochschullehre des Stifterverbandes für die deutsche Wissenschaft aufgenommen. Die vorgestellte Simulationsmethodik ist dabei auf jedweden Studiengang transformierbar, in welchem erfolgreiche menschliche Interaktionen zentral für den Berufserfolg sind.
