Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Vermittlung von Lerninhalten im Fach Soziale Arbeit basiert auf Erfordernissen aus Theorie und Praxis. Studierende im dualen Studium müssen von Beginn des Studiums an stets entlang ihrer praktischen Erfahrungen begleitet werden. Die Umsetzung der Lerninhalte erfolgt durch reflexionsreiche Veranstaltungen. Im vorliegenden Artikel wird das didaktische Vorgehen eines Kurses zur „Berufsfeldentwicklung“ exemplarisch dargestellt. Die Studierenden Sozialer Arbeit nehmen in zweiwöchigem Rhythmus zu verpflichtenden Präsenz-Blockveranstaltungen teil, die über fünf Unterrichtseinheiten mit je 45 min gelegt sind. Die Studierenden werden auch gleich zu Beginn mit diesen Lernzielen vertraut gemacht: Identifikation eigener Berufswahlmotive, die Selbst- und Fremdwahrnehmung Sozialer Arbeit, Kennenlernen verschiedener relevanter Arbeitsplatzbeschreibungen, forschendes Erschließen des eigenen Handlungsfeldes und Erkennen von unterschiedlichen Handlungsfeldern.
