Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Pilotprojekt “Praxisangewandte studiengangsübergreifende Lehre” zeigt auf, ob es möglich ist, ein interdisziplinäres Lehrteam gemeinsam mit Praxispartner*innen und Studierenden aus den Studiengängen Tourismuswirtschaft und Marketingmanagement vor dem Hintergrund des projektorientierten Lernens mit forschendem und problembasiertem Lernen zu vernetzen. Dieses studiengangsübergreifende Lehrprojekt verbindet die Vermittlung von Fachwissen durch integriertes Methodenwissen. Innerhalb des Projektes wandelt sich die Rolle des Lehrenden vom Wissensvermittler*in zum Lernbegleiter*in. Die Einrichtung von selbstorganisierten studentischen Arbeitsgruppen mit zielgerichteter Wissensbegleitung soll den Kompetenzerwerb von Fachwissen mit fachübergreifenden und überfachlichen Kompetenzen methodischer, sozialer und persönlicher Art sowie die interdisziplinäre Employability fördern und stärken. Kompetenzorientiertes Lernen und kompetenzorientierte Prüfungen vor dem Hintergrund des Theorie-Praxis-Transfers bilden das Anwendungsspektrum.
