Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kooperation der IUBH Duales Studium München mit dem Referat für Arbeit und Wirtschaft, München Tourismus Marktforschung wurde ein mehrstufiges anwendungsorientiertes Forschungsprojekt durchgeführt. Hierzu fand eine Besucherbefragung in elf der bedeutendsten Münchner Kultureinrichtungen statt. Die Eckpunkte der theoretischen Grundlagen sowie der durchzuführenden Marktforschung wurden von den Tourismusprofessorinnen in die jeweiligen Lehrveranstaltungen eingebunden. Die Befragungen vor Ort in den Kultureinrichtungen wurden von dualen IUBH-Studierenden durchgeführt. Ebenso werteten sie die Umfrageergebnisse unter Anleitung aus und präsentierten diese in einer öffentlichkeitswirksamen Präsentation.
