Selbstorganisation als Enabler der Digitalisierung

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Arbeitswelt verändert sich. Unternehmen werden komplexer und neue Generationen von Arbeitnehmenden fordern neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit. Von dieser Entwicklung ist auch das Gesundheitswesen der Schweiz betroffen. Historisch gewachsene Hierarchien, wachsender Kosten- und Leistungsdruck sowie Fachkräftemangel zeigen dringenden Handlungsbedarf. Mittels Experteninterviews aus verschiedenen Branchen soll die grundsätzliche Eignung von Selbstorganisation untersucht werden und Handlungsempfehlungen für das Gesundheitswesen und das Schweizer Paraplegiker Zentrum abgeleitet werden. Selbstorganisation wird als Lösung vieler Führungsprobleme in Organisationen gesehen. Steigende Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit, höhere Produktivität und bessere Qualität durch kurze Entscheidungswege sowie geteilte Verantwortung sind nur einige davon. Grundsätzlich eignet sich Selbstorganisation für alle Organisationen, zentral ist jedoch die Schaffung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses, Kulturwandel und ein neues Führungsverständnis.
