Abstract

Zusammenfassung Seit dem 15. Juni 2019 dürfen E-Scooter offiziell auf deutschen Straßen fahren. Aber auch andere Kleinstfahrzeuge der Fahrzeugklasse L (zulassungsfreie und zulassungspflichtige Krafträder mit 2 bis 4 Rädern, z. B. Renault Twizy) sind stark im Kommen. Sie erscheinen als eine ideale Antwort sowohl für die CO2 Problematik, aber auch für die Park- und Verkehrsraumproblematik im urbanen Raum. Nicht zuletzt erscheinen diese Fahrzeuge auch als eine Antwort auf die Last Mile Problematik.
