Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um die Energieeffizienz von Elektrofahrzeugen zu steigern kommen im Umrichtersystem zunehmend Leistungshalbleiter auf Basis von Siliziumkarbid oder Galliumnitrid zum Einsatz. Diese können die Betriebsspannung deutlich schneller schalten und reduzieren damit die elektrischen Verluste der leistungselektronischen Komponenten. Ein weiterer Trend zur Effizienzsteigerung ist die Erhöhung der Batteriespannung beispielsweise von 400 V auf 800 V.
