Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Rahmen des weiteren Transformationsprozesses stellte sich mir die bedeutende Frage, wie wir als Organisation in Zukunft zusammenarbeiten wollen. In der Vergangenheit hatte ich eine Reihe von Firmen kennengelernt, die ihre Philosophie, ihre Regeln, und Werte, neudeutsch ihre Values, in großen goldenen Lettern direkt am Eingang präsentierten. In den wenigsten Unternehmen wurden sie wirklich in vollem Umfang von den Mitarbeitern gelebt. Deshalb war es mir wichtig, verständliche und konkrete Wertmaßstäbe unserer Arbeit einzuführen, die ich in meiner langjährigen Erfahrung gesammelt und als relevant befunden hatte. Bereits 2013 formulierten wir die folgenden drei Company Values, um einerseits das alte Team auf den neuen Spirit einzuschwören, andererseits neue Mitarbeiter für uns zu gewinnen und um die Spielregeln klar und transparent festzulegen. Dazu wurde entsprechend formuliert: „Wer sie nicht einhält, wird in unserem Unternehmen keine Zukunft haben“. Im Rahmen des Onboardings neuer Mitarbeiter halte ich jeden Monat eine Präsentation, bei der die Vorstellung und Erklärung dieser Values der wichtigste Bestandteil ist, um auch allen neuen Kollegen zu verdeutlichen, wie elementar die Spielregeln für uns sind:
