Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im B2B-Marketing spielt die Generierung von hochwertigen Leadsleads für den Vertrieb eine wichtige Rolle. Neben der Gewinnung von Leads auf Messen und über Onlinemedien (insbesondere Inbound)inbound ist die telefonische Leadgenerierunglead generation spätestens nach Umsetzung der DSGVOGDPR wieder zentrales Thema im B2B-Marketingmix geworden. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt die Umsetzung eines professionellen Leadmanagementslead managements mit Hilfe eines externen Dienstleisters beim Intralogistikanbieter STILLSTILL. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie das Thema organisatorisch und prozesstechnisch umgesetzt wird und welche Faktoren einen nachhaltigen Erfolg für die Zielerreichung des Unternehmens bringen.
