Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Leaderfassunglead capture auf Messenexhibition und im Außendienst durch den Vertrieb stellen in vielen B2B Unternehmen nach wie vor eine Herausforderung dar. Durch die Verwendung von Smartphonessmartphone und Tabletstablet im Vertrieb, setzen immer mehr Unternehmen auf eine digitale Leaderfassungslösung. In diesem Kapitel wird erläutert welche Vorteile sich durch die Digitalisierungdigitalization und Automatisierungautomation des Leaderfassungsprozesses ergeben und welche Kosteneinsparungen mit einer entsprechenden Lösung realisiert werden können.
