Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Welt ist im Veränderungsmodus, und neue Herausforderungen wie die Emotion Economy brauchen neue Antworten. Die Leistungsfähigkeit der Führungskräfte wird durch neue Ansprüche und technische und soziale Kompetenz auf die Probe gestellt. Agile Change, ein aktives Management der Organisationskultur und die Reflexion der eigenen Emotionen und die der Mitarbeiter verlangen nach einem innovativen Instrumentarium und großer Leistungsbereitschaft der Führungskräfte. Analoge Instrumente haben einen Vorteil im Einsatz gegenüber KI-basierten Emotionserkennungsanwendungen, da bei letzterer die theoretische Fundierung, der Datenschutz und technische Probleme in weiten Teilen ungelöst sind.
