Abstract

Zusammenfassung Emotionen in Veränderungsprojekten sind seit jeher in der einen oder anderen Form berücksichtigt worden. Schon 1948 ist eine erste Studie vorgestellt worden, die sich mit den Emotionen von Arbeitern während der Einführung von neuen Produktionsmethoden beschäftigt hat. In diesem Kapitel wird ein Überblick über die Entwicklung von Change-Management-Konzepten wie geplanter vs. emergenter Change und Change Readiness gegeben. Neuere Entwicklungen werden auf die Berücksichtigung von Emotionen in Change-Prozessen hin analysiert und vor dem Hintergrund des Agile-Change-Paradigma evaluiert.
