Abstract

Zusammenfassung Globalisierung und Digitalisierung, demografische Veränderungen sowie die Konvergenz von Technologie und Kultur der Millennials zur Future of Work werden viele Organisationen zu einschneidenden Veränderungen zwingen. Die vertrauten Methoden des tradierten Change Managements sind nur noch eingeschränkt tauglich, um die massiven Veränderungen zu realisieren. Verunsicherung, wie man auf dieses Problem reagieren soll, führen zu Frustrationen und schierer Angst oder auch zu uferlosem Optimismus und immenser Euphorie. Emotionen müssen im unternehmensinternen Kontext genauso berücksichtigt werden wie die allgemeine Emotionalisierung der Kundenbeziehungen durch die Plattformöonomie. Agile Change wird das neue Paradigma der digitalen Transformation. Anforderungen an den Digital Leader werden sich drastisch unterscheiden von den tradierten Profilen der klassischen Führungskräfte.
