Abstract

Zusammenfassung Krankenhäuser stehen vor größten Herausforderungen. Der Kostendruck wird sich weiter erhöhen, die Bedarfe an Krankenhausleistungen werden überproportional ansteigen und parallel sinkt die Anzahl der erwerbsfähigen Personen und neben dem Fachkräftemangel herrscht Krisenstatus in der Pflege. Krankenhäuser müssen sich neu ausrichten, doch die Frage ist wie. Der Agile Ansatz bietet in seiner Umsetzung einen Strauß an Synergien, die Krankenhäuser benötigen. Doch lässt sich ein Ansatz aus der Software-Branche auf ein Krankenhaus übertragen? Mit dieser Frage soll sich in diesem Praxisbeitrag beschäftigt werden.
