Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag erzählt den Weg der agilen Transformation einer großen hierarchischen Organisationsstruktur mit verteilten Teams und unterschiedlichen Standorten und Arbeitsweisen. Dabei wird der Wandel von Wasserfall über agile Methoden bis hin zur Implementierung des SAFe® Frameworks beschrieben und der Kontext für den Bedarf von Skalierung hergestellt. Dabei sind es vor allem die Umsetzungsdetails der Transformation im Tagesgeschäft, die vor Herausforderungen stellen. Der Artikel zeigt, neben der Strategie, die diversen „Alltagsprobleme“ und die kontinuierliche Entwicklung der Organisation, die viel Zeit benötigt und die eigentliche Aufgabe darstellt.
