Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sobald es um mehr als nur trockene Information geht, brauchen wir sowohl im Aufbau als auch in der Vortragsweise eine gewisse Dramaturgie. Dieses Kapitel zeigt mit vielen Beispielen, wie wir unser Thema von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde spannend gestalten können. Dazu betrachten wir zunächst die einfache Erzählstruktur des Dreiakters, wirkungsvolle Einstiege und Abschlüsse. Dann befragen wir die Kognitionspsychologie dazu, welche Rolle Emotionen bei Entscheidungen spielen. Wir lernen die Hauptmotivatoren Lustgewinn und Schmerzvermeidung kennen und wie wir sie im Solution Statement nutzen können. Zuletzt besprechen wir, warum es bei Veränderungsanstößen sinnvoll sein kann, mehrere Optionen anzubieten.
